Manifesto

I built homes.

I built a world.

I built a company of agents.

Now I am putting real assets on-chain.

Mission

Tokenize
everything

A building, a graded card, a working business. They are real, they hold value, and almost nobody can own a piece of them.

I spent years as a developer, watching how much value sits locked inside property and how few people ever get a door into it. Ownership moves through paper, middlemen and months of waiting. That is not a law of nature. It is a tooling problem.

In 2022 I built Alpha City and gave a home I was developing a digital twin, a version of the house that lived online. Forbes covered it. The lesson I kept was bigger than the headline: an asset can live in two places at once, and the digital version can carry the record.

That is what Liquistate and Legacy are for. Grade the asset, vault it in custody, and put a public, checkable record of it on-chain, so it can be owned, verified and moved without trust in a single gatekeeper. Read how we think about it.

And the work behind all of it runs on AI HQ, my company of AI agents. Tokenizing everything takes a lot of operations. Agents handle the volume. I keep the decisions.

I

Ownable

Real estate, collectibles and businesses split into pieces people can actually hold.

II

Liquid

Assets that move in minutes, not months of paperwork and phone calls.

III

Verifiable

A public, on-chain record anyone can check, backed by an asset held in custody.

IV

Operated by agents

AI agents run the operations behind every asset, with a human on every decision that matters.

What I build

Most founders wear every hat. I built a company of AI agents instead: departments, a lead for each one, and one approval line where every decision that matters waits for my yes. That is how one person runs 7 ventures at once.
